New, unused item that has been opened. Products are complete – including all parts, accessories, and owner’s manuals, but may be missing the original packaging.
Scratch N Dent
New, unused, open box items that suffered cosmetic damage. Our returns team thoroughly inspects the product to ensure the item is in brand new working condition.
Missing or damaged components may be replaced with factory or aftermarket equivalent items and will be noted in the item’s product webpage.
Pre-owned
An item that has been previously sold, installed, and may have been used for a short period of time. These items have been thoroughly inspected and determined
to be in new working order. Additional details may be found on the product page.
Take-off
A new unit that was factory installed and later removed. The item may have been run for quality assurance testing. These items have been thoroughly inspected
and determined to be in new working order.
