3M Perfect-It foam polishing pad, 05725, is ideal for refining minor sand scratches, scuff marks, and surface defects, producing a smooth, flawless surface. When used with 3M Perfect-It machine polish, this polishing pad easily produces a wheel-free and swirl-free finish.

3M adaptors for polishers are designed for saving time and hassle in repair jobs requiring double-sided screw-on compounding and polishing pads. It is part of a fast, effective assembly that incorporates our 3M Perfect-It Backup Pad and wool polishing pads, allowing users to quickly attach them without removing the adaptor.

Made from 100% wool, 3M™ Perfect-It™ Low Linting Wool Compounding Pad, 33279, safely refines P1200, and finer sand scratches, as well as other paint surface defects. The unique low lint construction provides a finer finish than most wool pads. This pad is designed for use with 3M™ Compounds and 3M™ Quick Release Adapter, 05752.

3M™ Stikit™ Low Profile Abrasive Disc Back-up Pad provides secure attachment for a 3M™ Stikit™ Disc (sold separately) on a random orbital sander or other rotary tools. This lightweight, shock-resistant backup pad is constructed of firm density foam for sanding flat surfaces and has a tapered edge for applications where some flexibility is needed.

3M™ Perfect-It™ Foam Compounding Pad, 05737, refines and polishes P1200 or finer sand scratches, and has a unique inset design. For use with 3M™ Compounds and 3M™ Hookit™ Backup Pad, 05717, or 05718.

For compounding and buffing applications, the 3M™ Wool Compounding Pads feature fast-cutting wool abrasive for attaining flawless finishes on clear coat, paint, and the latest composite surfaces. Whether 100 percent wool or the 60/40 wool blend abrasive, these pads work effortlessly with 3M compounds and attachment systems for a variety of jobs including the removal of compound swirl marks and fine paint surface defects.

3M Perfect-It polishing pad has a diameter of 9 in. The hook & loop attachment allows for easy mounting to the 100% wool pad. All abrasive products that rotate or spin, such as the ones in this category, have a maximum speed at which you can run them. This 3M polishing pad can be run at a maximum speed of 2000 RPM.

3M Foam Compounding Pad, 05723, is a single-sided coarse pad for refining grade P1200 or finer sand scratches. The convoluted foam face design holds well, helping to reduce slinging of the compound.
